Tom managed to get 165 species with 28 endemics and 130 lifers within a week birding in Sarawak with Yeo and my place. Dipped on Whitehead's Trogon but got a pair of Mountain Serpent Eagle in flight yesterday at Tambunan Rafflesia Centre plus close up view of the Golden-naped Barbet from the observation platform at Kinabalu National Park.

I'm sure the Sabah's Pit Viper was doing some "birding" of his own. Love your digiscoping image.
Jason, I'd love to hear your input on the difference between the ED82 and the EDG85 and whether it would be worth it to purchase the EDG85 over the ED82. Just using this digiscoping as a means of getting close to birds while saving up for a 600mm f/4.
