Did a 20km walked with the gang yesterday at Penampang area for the upcoming Four Feathers Ultra Marathon next week. During the walk, I heard and saw many birds too without binocular! It was on the mixed type forest allocated for a small scale agricultural projects for the locals on the surrounding areas.
